Business Entities in the Fujairah Free Zone

Foreign Branch: A Foreign Branch is an extension of a company that is registered outside the UAE. This structure allows foreign companies to establish a presence within the Free Zone and engage in business activities related to their parent company's operations.
Local UAE Branch: A Local UAE Branch is an extension of a company already registered within the UAE but outside the Fujairah Free Zone. Like a Foreign Branch, this structure allows UAE-based companies to expand their operations into this Free Zone while maintaining their legal identity and ownership structure.
Free Zone Establishment (FZE): A Free Zone Establishment (FZE) is a legal entity formed by a single shareholder. FZE offers complete ownership to the shareholder and is ideal for solo entrepreneurs or small businesses looking for full control over their operations within the Free Zone.
Free Zone Company (FZC): A Free Zone Company (FZC) is a legal entity formed by two or more shareholders, whether individuals or corporate entities. FZC allows for shared ownership among the shareholders, who can collectively manage and operate the company within the Free Zone.
