Dubai District D3

Ajman Offshore company formation

Since the formation of the UAE in 1971, Dubai has modernized itself from an oil and gas-reliant state to a largely assorted economy based on global trade, banking, tourism, real estate and manufacturing. Predominantly, Dubai has been a hub for free zones. This innovative free zone paves way for opportunities in the field of Fashion, Luxury & Art namely Dubai Design district (D3).

Dubai, which has so far turn into the main medium of global fashion and accessories goods, has taken an audacious scheme to establish a hub for design, innovation, and creativeness for the global fashion industry by unleashing the Dubai Design District (D3).

The UAE holds the second position in the Apparel Index, motivated by a population with a high disposable income and immense fashion consciousness. The new free zone Dubai district D3 seeks to advance the number of local and international designers who are currently attaining international distribution and recognition.

Strategically located in the heart of the city, D3 is adjacent to the Business Bay area of Dubai with the keen focus on developing the Emirate’s fashion, design and luxury sectors. D3 has access to all the compelling places of Dubai like Dubai Mall, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai International Airport, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City clusters.

D3 offers residential, commercial, retail and hospitality real estate, characterized by different public spaces, unique street furniture, and shaded walkways. The office facilities granted by D3 offers the client with a diversity of options like Retail, Commercial and Workshop Space. The evolution will include a creekside boulevard with international and boutique hotels, a pop-up shop area, amphitheater, and Convention Centre.

Dubai Design District offers 100 percent foreign ownership, an easy environment, a legal framework that encourages startups, an integrated service provision, full recovery of profits and capital and a regulatory framework.
