To setup business in Sharjah, first, you’ll have to pick a name. Then you’ll have to file a company registration application with the Department of Economic Development and draft a Memorandum of Association. Then, you will have to apply for a business license. Finally, you’ll have to do two things with the Ministry of Labor – file for an establishment card and register your employees.
