How to Get an Investor Visa in Dubai?
There are two different ways you can apply for an investor visa in Dubai: you can be a new company or have existing investments.
New company incorporation If you plan on investing in a new company, a mainland business is the easiest way to go. Here are the steps you’ll have to take to get your Dubai investor visa as a new company:
- Register your company with the Dubai Economic Department (DED)
- Apply for your company’s establishment card
- If you are outside of the country, you’ll need to apply for your entry permit to the UAE
- If you’re already in the UAE, then you will have to get your in-country visa status changed
- You will be required to perform a medical test
- Apply for your Emirates ID
- Get health insurance
- Get your passport stamped
Proof of existing investments
- Provide proof of the investments from your existing company to the Dubai Municipality
- If approved, a file will be created with the Economic Department
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued
- Present NOC to the immigration department to start the application process for your investor residence visa Dubai
