Submit an application form online and submit it to the DTMFZ for approval

Submit the legal documents that are required

Sign and return the customer confirmation letter and make the payment

Sign the Memorandum of Association
-This must be done in the presence of company shareholders

Deposit the total share capital
-The minimum share capital required for Dubai Media City companies is AED 50,000
-If you are operating in the TV and radio broadcasting industry, then you’ll have to deposit a minimum capital of AED 2,500,000
