How to Setup a Business in IFZA?
Following are the steps for starting a business in IFZA.
Step 1: Get an initial approval for the trade name and also business activity from the Municipality of the Fujairah free zone.
Step 2: Get approval from the concerned Department. (in case the business activity is of special nature)
Step 3: Then type the MOA and have it notarized from the courts.
Step 4: Then obtain a Capital Contribution Certificate from the banks for cash shares; and the Auditor certificate for both cash shares and kind shares.
Step 5: Submit the application form and initial approval along with related documents such as a notarized copy of MOA, capital contribution certificate, and tenancy contract to the Municipality.
Step 6: Finally, the municipality will issue the license after inspection by the legal department.
