After initial approval

  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of parent company
  • Copy of certificate of incorporation or association of parent company
  •  Board resolution
  • Specimen signature of manager (attested by DWTC authority)
  • Copy of Audited Accounts of Parent for preceding two years,
  • Certificate of Good Standing or copy of valid Trade License of the Parent company (if applicable)

Note: The Certificate of incorporation, Board resolution, MOA & AOA (must be notarized by a notary public and attested by the UAE embassy in the country of origin or the ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE)

Required documents for setting up a UAE Branch in DWTC

  • DWTC Application Form
  • Company profile
  • Passport copies of directors and also the managers
  • Copy of EID and also Resident visa of directors and managers (applicable for UAE resident only)
  • NOC from local sponsor for managers (if applicable)

After initial approval

  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of parent company (attested by the parent company’s existing authority in the UAE)
  • Copy of UAE valid registration
  • Copy of certificate of incorporation of parent company (if applicable)
  • Board resolution (attested by the parent company’s existing authority in the UAE)
  • Specimen signature of manager (attested by DWTC authority)

Required documents for setting up a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) in DWTC

  • DWTC application form and also FZE application form
  • Company profile
  • Passport copies of shareholders, directors and also the managers
  • Copy of EID and also Resident visa of shareholders, directors and managers (applicable for UAE resident only)
  • NOC from local sponsor for managers (if applicable)

After initial approval

  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of FZE (attested by DWTC authority)
  • Specimen signature of manager (attested by DWTC authority)
  • Bank certificate for deposit of share capital in the company’s UAE bank account

Following are the required documents for Non-individual shareholder

  • Certificate of incorporation of Non-individual shareholders (must be notarized by a notary public and attested by the UAE embassy in the country of origin or the ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE)
  • Board resolution (must be notarized by a notary public and attested by the UAE embassy in the country of origin or the ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE)
  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of Non-individual shareholder (must be notarized by a notary public and attested by the UAE embassy in the country of origin or the ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE)

Required documents for setting up a Free Zone Company (FZCO) in DWTC

  • DWTC application form and also FZCO application form
  • Company profile
  • Passport copies of shareholders, directors and also the managers
  • Copy of EID and Resident visa of shareholders, directors and also the managers (applicable for UAE resident only)
  • NOC from local sponsor for managers (if applicable)

After initial approval

  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of FZCO (attested by DWTC authority)
  • Specimen signature of manager (attested by DWTC authority)
  • Bank certificate for deposit of share capital in the company’s UAE bank account

Following are the required documents for Non-individual shareholder’s

  • Certificate of incorporation of Non-individual shareholders
  • Board resolution
  • Memorandum of Association and also Article of Association of Non-individual shareholder

Note: The Certificate of incorporation, Board resolution, MOA & AOA (must be notarized by a notary public and attested by the UAE embassy in the country of origin or the ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE)
