- An attested and notarized power of attorney that appoints the business advisor
- The physical address for your business
For Branch Setup
- Passport copies and the personal information sheet of the manager and shareholders
- Resume of the manager (the manager is required to have a university degree)
- Proof of trade name reservation
- Initial approval sheets for the activities performed by the shareholder and manager. You’ll also need initial approval sheets for activities that will be performed in the new branch
- Notarized Memorandum of Association/Articles of Association of your existing main branch
- The lease agreement of the new branch
- The certificate of registration or license of the existing company that is attested and notarized by the UAE Embassy
- The physical business addresses
- For corporate shareholders, you will have to have a board of resolution of the directors from the existing company showing they want to establish a branch. Corporate shareholders will also have to have a company profile of the main branch.
