The report says that the main reason that UAE has accomplished this status is the presence of a large number of free zones that are providing complete ownership of businesses and repatriation of profits. The review was made after taking into account 50 developing markets and several other recent developments in various parts of the country have likewise helped UAE to achieve this position.
